I would leave a score of 11 if possible. The staff are amazing! Extremely helpful, accommodating. We felt as if we were treated as family here. This was the best hotel we have stayed in Europe by FAR. The breakfast meals are incredible. I would, and will recommend all my friends and family to stay here....

The only thing I did not like was LEAVING!
